Polished Restaurant Sous Chef Experience Requirements:

• 
  
• Moderate volume 3+ million net sales scratch preparation
  
• Solid tenure with a desire to grow
  
• Culinary knowledge with scratch food experience only
  
• Italian and Seafood experience is a plus
  

Polished Assistant General Manager Compensation:

• 
  
• 80-85K base with bonus program 10%
