ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES 1. Prepares, cooks, and serves food in accordance with the menu and food and nutrition standards, including presentation, taste, and texture. Samples food for quality assurance prior to service. 2. Ensures foods are cooked and held at the appropriate temperatures. Records food temperatures throughout the cooking and holding process. 3. IN THE LODGE, RESTAURANT, & ROOMS Your schedule may vary (days, nights, weekends, holiday's) based on seasonality, covers, and hours of operation but in general you can expect to work 55 to 60 hours a week. 2+ years of experience in kitchen preparation and culinary experience in a high-volume environment.
