The Position:
Our kitchen has an excellent reputation built on the talent of our team. As a Server at The Willcox,
you are providing our guests with fresh, seasonal cuisine. If you are reliable, eager-to-learn, with a
friendly/positive attitude, you will be very successful in serving our guests.
Additional responsibilities include:
ï • Provide friendly and attentive service that makes guests feel valued
ï • Having a thorough knowledge of our food and beverage menus, making suggestions and
describing dishes to guests
ï • Taking orders, delivering food, overseeing table maintenance, and monitoring guest
satisfaction
ï • Opening and closing responsibilities as assigned
Qualifications
ï • Be friendly and smiling
ï • Good communication skills
ï • Ability to adapt to a changing environment and handle multiple priorities
ï • Ability to stand throughout shift and occasionally lift up to 15 lbs.
ï • Ability to navigate steps/stairs on a regular basis
