Inspect supplies, equipment, or work areas to ensure conformance to established standards. Report findings to the Kitchen Manager. Resolve any guest complaints concerning food and beverage quality as well as service. Addressing staff as to how complaints affect the ability of a guest to receive the best lloyd experience possible. Supervise activities of subordinate staff taking proper disciplinary action if needed. Provide functional expertise to assist training of all subordinate staff.
