Responsible for receiving products and merchandise, checking for quality and damages to items, and the proper storage of the delivered products and merchandise. Responsible for operating equipment such as pallet jacks, etc. Performs physical inventory as needed. Responsible for setting up, stocking, and maintaining concession stands. Ensures security of company assets. Other duties and tasks as assigned by Concessions Manager and/or Concessions Supervisors as assigned. Qualifications Must be 18 years of age. Must be able to follow basic safety procedures and precautions due to physical risks. Demonstrates interpersonal and communication skills, both written and verbal. Basic math and counting skills required. Must be available to work some days, nights, and weekends. Physical Requirements Ability to lift up to 165 pounds Ability to pull heavy carts of stock Frequent standing, walking, bending, lifting and reaching Exposure to moderate to high environmental noise levels during busy times. Able to work outside in all weather conditions including rain, wind, heat and cold. POSITION OVERVIEW The Bar Porter is a support role within a bar or nightclub setting, responsible for assisting bartenders and maintaining the cleanliness and organization of the bar area. This role contributes to the smooth operation of the bar by ensuring that supplies are readily available and the bar environment remains clean and inviting for guests. ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES The following and other duties may be assigned as necessary: Assist bartenders in preparing and serving beverages to customers, ensuring a high level of accuracy and efficiency in drink orders Monitor beverage inventory levels, restock bar supplies, and ensure that all necessary items are readily available for smooth operations Maintain the cleanliness and organization of the service bar area, including the bar top, glassware, utensils, and surrounding areas.
