As a Guest Experience Representative, you will immediately greet guests and offer to assist them with their needs, make and confirm reservations, receive and resolve guest complaints, book appointments and add-on services, checkout clients, and process payments. You will ensure high guest satisfaction through a top-notch customer experience, take incoming calls with a service mentality, and educate customers on our spa services and menu.
