About the role; Serve guest needs by assisting the Food Server with delivery of food from kitchen and completing guest requests. What you will do Deliver food from kitchen to the guest ensuring accuracy and timeliness. (30%) Assist in clearing, cleaning and set-up of tables, chairs, linens, china, glass and silver for service in an unobtrusive manner; greet guests according to Four Seasons Standards to ensure superior service. (15%) Anticipate guest needs, ascertain satisfaction, and respond urgently and appropriately to guest concerns and requests. (15%) Assist in stocking linens, china, glass, silver, and food items for service; assist in preparation of smaller items such as toast, soup, or beverages. (10%) Assist in the breakdown, cleaning and set-up of buffets and food stations. (10%) Comply with Four Seasons' Category One and Category Two Work Rules and Standards of Conduct as set forth in EmPact. (10%) Work harmoniously and professionally with co-workers and supervisors. What You'll Do You are hardworking with a real passion for creating a quality dining experience for all of our guests. Ensure guests receive all dishes in an efficient, courteous and accurate manner. All functions are carried out to maintain a clean, dry, safe, and inspiring work environment for you and your coworkers. What You Bring + 1 year of experience in a related or supportive role is preferred. + Food Handler Certification, Alcohol Awareness Certification (if applicable). + Able to prioritize multiple tasks in a dynamic environment. + Able to learn, retain, and present product, menu, and allergy information to guests. + Knowledge of or ability to learn the Restaurant POS system is required. + Highly motivated and flexible, with the ability to take initiative. + Flexible schedule and are able to work evenings, weekends, and holidays when needed.
