What we need from you: + Understand and perform job duties to the expectations of Regent Santa Monica and the restaurant Service, Food, Beverage and Wine manuals. + Must be able to speak, read, write and understand the primary language(s) used in the workplace. + Must be able to read and write to facilitate the communication process. + Must have at least 1 year experience in food and beverage operations - luxury hotel or fine dining experience a plus + Requires good communication skills, both verbal and written. + Knowledge of appropriate table settings and service ware. + Must be able to exert well-paced ability in limited space + Must be able to must be able to exert well-paced ability to maneuver between functions occurring simultaneously + Flexible schedule, able to work evenings, weekends, and holidays + This position necessitates participation in a pooled tip system, where you contribute to tipping out the support staff and other essential team members. What you can expect from us: The hourly pay rate for this role is $16.00 to $17.00, plus tips . This rate is only applicable for jobs to be performed at Regent Santa Monica Beach .
