Hand out menus to guest and bring booster seats or highchair for young guests. Quickly inform servers of where guests have been seated and relay any special requests. Thank guests for dining upon leaving and invite them to return. Perform other tasks to assist in the smooth operation of the restaurant to assure guest satisfaction. Will clean and reset tables. Help servers with side work. Serve guests water and refill soda. Must be available weekends. The typical shift is 11am-4pm. PHYSICAL DEMANDS: Combined standing and walking position for up to 8 hours per shift. Will get breaks as available. Required to lift up to 50lbs occasionally. Will bend, squat, kneel, climb, twist, and reach above shoulder level on a frequent basis; will use hands for grasping and fine manipulation. Worksite is inside and outside. All sensory skills needed. OTHER RESPONSIBILITIES: Must have extensive knowledge of Schweitzer Mountain Resort facilities and activities.
