Acknowledge special occasions with guests; weddings, birthdays, anniversary, etc. further providing room upgrades and amenities when applicable. Maximize room revenue and occupancy by reviewing status daily. Analyze rate variance, monitor credit report, house accounts, and maintain close observation of daily house count.
