We are seeking a Recruiter Talent Acquisition to join our team! You will perform activities in human resources from recruiting new hires to retaining existing hires.


  • Screen, recruit, and interview potential employees
  • On-board and train new employees
  • Implement company culture, values and policies
  • Provide management with requested reports and documents
  • Coordinate events focused on employee recognition
  • Accurately maintain employee files
  • Operate with a high sense of urgency to achieve performance requirements
  • Establish company presence in your assigned area; regular field recruiting
  • This role is 100% salaried, exempt level (very competitive earnings), and performance based


  • Knowledge of labor and employment laws
  • Ability to build rapport with all employees
  • Strong organizational skills
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • College Degree Preferred
  • Seeking a social media expert with specific experience in recruiting through social media branding and marketing
  • High Volume and Time Sensitive Recruiting Experience is highly valued
  • 2 or more years of recruiting experience (Full Time/ Full Life Cycle/ Exempt Level)
  • 5 years or more professional work experience highly preferred
  • Seeking an individual who is highly competitive, ambitious, creative, accountable, and who posses insatiable work ethic
  • Sales and Marketing experience preferred
