Excess Specialized Experience may be substituted for General Experience on a month-for-month basis. Supervises culinary staff with regard to food storage, food preparation, tray assembly and cleaning. In the absence of the chef and/or dietary manager, the cook supervises the culinary center's employees. Education and/or Experience High school diploma or equivalent preferred. One year of experience as a cook or dietary aide in an institutional food service setting preferred. or acceptable exemption required.
