You effectively execute the Jack in the Box systems and processes at your location with accountability and discretion. QUALIFICATIONS FOR A RESTAURANT MANAGER High school diploma or equivalent 3 years of experience managing a service concept with full profit & loss responsibility At least 18 years old ServSafe certified Ability to speak, read, and write effectively in English Ability to perform and understand basic math concepts (addition, subtraction, multiplication, & division) Proficiency with personal computers and related software applications Ability to lift up to 65 lbs. and be on your feet for the majority of a shift Valid driver's license, insurance, and use of a personal vehicle to make bank deposits and travel to other locations as needed Ability and willingness to work a flexible schedule Exceptional customer service skills Amazing leadership ability Do you have excellent interpersonal and communication skills? Are you a self-starter who takes initiative and willingly accepts responsibility? Do you have proven analytical skills? Are you organized and able to prioritize and delegate effectively?
