Respond to the paging system in a timely and appropriate manner. Customer Experience - Positively represents HCSG by following instructions, being courteous, and cooperative with supervisor, co-workers, and client staff. Resident Experience - Positive, pleasant, and tactful interactions with residents, staff, and facility guests.
