PURPOSE OF THIS POSITION Preparation of food for patient service, cafeteria service or special catered events in accordance with BVHS and Sodexo standard methods, recipes, special diets or as directed by the Manager of Food and Nutrition. PURPOSE OF THIS POSITION Preparation of food for patient service, cafeteria service or special catered events in accordance with BVHS and Sodexo standard methods, recipes, special diets or as directed by the Manager of Food and Nutrition.
