Quickly responds to guests' feedback and complaints. Oversees the property's environment and maintenance needs through completion. Collaborate with the Marketing team for pub promotions, social media activity, and ownership of Loyalty Programs. Make sure that employees are properly trained so that cleanliness, safety and sanitation standards are consistently achieved. JOB QUALIFICATIONS: High school diploma or equivalent required Bachelor's degree preferred, but not required. At least 2 years' experience in a supervisory/management role directly managing people and at least 4 years' experience of food & beverage, restaurant and/or hospitality.
