Oversee the restaurants day-to-day operations. Cooperate with chefs, employees, vendors, and customers. Plan and control inventory cost with various vendors such as foods, daily produce, non-food, and beverage. Manage inventory stock to match with each location space. Oversee, evaluate, and control employee work schedule to match each location requirement. Appraise staff performance and provide feedback to improve productivity. Budget restaurant cost to make the highest profit for the restaurant such as food cost, employee cost and operating cost. Control food standards, taste, and outcome to match with company requirements. Recruit, hire and fire employees. Respond efficiently to customer questions or complaints. Oversee the training of new employees. Oversee promotion and advertisement of online platform. Supervise a staff of 7 servers, 3 busboys, 1 head server, 3 bartenders, 1 front manager, and 7 chefs. Requirements: Bachelors degree or foreign equivalent in Business Administration, plus 2 years experience in restaurant management. Must have food and beverage (F&B) knowledge.
