Job Summary The Night Audit Supervisor is responsible for assisting the operation of the Front Office in an attentive friendly efficient and courteous manner providing all guests with quality service prior to and throughout their stay while maximizing room revenue and occupancy. As a Resident Specialist at one of our communities, you will play a pivotal role in the daily operations of our leasing and management office, making substantial contributions to our leasing processes and our unwavering commitment to delivering exceptional customer service. Oversight of the front desk, serving as the initial point of contact for residents, prospective residents, vendors, and contractors.
