Candidate will work at our luxury property, The Lofts at Monroe Parke, Monroe, NJ Must be available to work weekends and flexible shifts. As a Resident Specialist at one of our communities, you will play a pivotal role in the daily operations of our leasing and management office, making substantial contributions to our leasing processes and our unwavering commitment to delivering exceptional customer service. Oversight of the front desk, serving as the initial point of contact for residents, prospective residents, vendors, and contractors. Emphasis will be placed on fostering superior customer relationship management. Guests will be graciously offered refreshments while awaiting a meeting with a leasing consultant. Proficiently addressing inquiries related to the community and amenities, and facilitating assistance for residents in obtaining gate cards/keys. Facilitating service requests for residents approaching the front desk by either entering the request into the system on their behalf or providing guidance on self-submission through the call center or portal. Developing comprehensive knowledge of the community (a "Community Expert") to assist residents in locating dining and entertainment options outside the community. Attending to residents' needs as a demonstration of superior customer service, including assistance with package-carrying, arranging birthday treats, and coordinating small gifts or balloons for resident milestones/events (engagements, weddings, births, loss, etc.). Opening and closing the leasing office, ensuring preparedness for the day ahead. Establishing familiarity with residents and cultivating a deep understanding of their preferences to proactively anticipate and deliver memorable experiences tailored to their individual needs.
