This includes all operational information, marketing materials, menus etc. Interacting with guests via review and social channels to maintain a positive reputation online. Acting as a reliable individual who is fun to work with and enjoys being a part of a great team and a quickly growing company. Opening and closing the venue when necessary as a floor manager.
