This role is responsible for staff supervision and development, resource allocation and management, risk management, and emergency scene management. The On-Hill Supervisor supports other team members in difficult situations and represents the resort in significant decisions, while exercising sound judgment with consideration of effects on other departments and the company. This position is Full-Time Seasonal from November 1 to April 15, and reports to the Patrol Director.
