You will have the opportunity to learn and grow with an experienced kitchen team and create exceptional food with the best ingredients. Red Seal Sponsorship is offered with Blacksmith Bakery for Culinary Apprentices. Must be available to work evenings and weekends until 11:30pm. Position Requirements Must have at least 2 years experience in a fast paced restaurant kitchen in a similar role. Strong communication and interpersonal skills, in fluent English. A positive and team-oriented attitude. Passion for the kitchen and for producing quality products every day. You must be able to perform calmly and efficiently during high volume peak periods. Must be able to work with minimal supervision and a be a fast learner. Willing to perform tasks such as cleaning, dishwashing and garbage handling. Must work well within a restaurant team culture.
