Job Summary The Night Audit Supervisor is responsible for assisting the operation of the Front Office in an attentive friendly efficient and courteous manner providing all guests with quality service prior to and throughout their stay while maximizing room revenue and occupancy. MAITRE D' POSITION OVERVIEW: A Maître D' should be experienced with the culture of a vibrant venue and have extensive knowledge of the tools that we utilize to operate it. This includes all operational information, marketing materials, menus etc. Interacting with guests via review and social channels to maintain a positive reputation online.
