On-time attendance is necessary, and uninterrupted work is expected. Answer the telephone identifying yourself, your department, and offering assistance. Effectively selling retail products and promoting spa services. Maintain proper opening/closing procedures and acting responsibly with transactions. Maintain a well-groomed, professional appearance, which includes wearing a clean and well-kept uniform, and nametag.
