Maintain a well-stocked bar with an adequate supply of liquor, beer, wine, mixers, ice, napkins, straws, glassware, and other accessories. Submit orders to supervisor; assist with receipt of deliveries. Slice, pit, and prepare fruit garnishes for drinks. Mix and prepare syrups, mixers, tonics and other ingredients in accordance with hotel's recipes. Organize the bar and pool area to streamline drink preparation and inventory. Clean and sanitize assigned areas and equipment thoroughly before and after shift end. Assist support staff with polishing glasses and silverware, folding napkins, cleaning and sanitizing menus, etc. Assist guests with pool retail purchases. Monitor and handle guest complaints following the instant pacification procedures and ensuring guest satisfaction. Maintain high standards of personal appearance and personal hygiene. Demonstrate ability to multi-task, manage time and work well under pressure. Adhere to local and government compliance with health and safety regulations to ensure a clean and safe work environment for guests and employees. Maintain knowledge of all safety and emergency procedures and be aware of accident prevention policies. Follow outlet policies, procedures and service standards. Maintain a professional courteous manner with all guests and fellow employees. Assist with special and deep cleaning projects as assigned by a supervisor. Perform any other duties as requested by supervisor. SECONDARY FUNCTIONS: Assist with monthly inventory of food & beverage and paper products within F&B outlets. Assist Food Runners and Bussers with stocking supplies, removing soiled dishes, glasses and silverware, and cleaning and resetting vacated tables and chairs. Contribute to daily, holiday, and theme drink menus in collaboration with supervisor.
