Notify Resort operations of actual and potential impacts whenever possible via the Conference Resume and direct communication. Monitor actual events as appropriate. Assure that the event is understood and confirmed by the Resort's Operations management as set forth in the Banquet Event Order and Conference Resume. Report client feedback to Hotel and Resort operations supervisors and managers to evaluate event planning and performance on an ongoing regular basis. Communicate improved communication and performance procedures to the Conference Services staff through the Director of F&B. Carry out special assignments as requested by the client.
