This position must interface directly with other team members in the benefits and HR department, external leave vendors, Payroll and all employees at Cook Childrens Health Care System. Qualifications: Bachelors degree required. Requires 3 years of progressively responsible experience in HR leave administration. Knowledge of federal and state leave laws, disability programs, and FMLA. Proficiency in MS Office, HRIS and Lawson highly preferred. Ability to demonstrate attention to details and thorough documentation through online management system. Ability to perform job responsibilities with a minimum of supervision.
