Operational Excellence Learn, develop, and help document U.S. Ski & Snowboard's COE standard operating procedures in all areas of sport science and sports medicine support (including but not limited to: facility design and equipment needs, staffing structure/requirements and education/certification, athlete intake, testing and monitoring, injury prevention, and return to snow protocols). Work with Intermountain Health COE leadership team and U.S. Ski & Snowboard High Performance Manager to translate U.S. Ski & Snowboard COE standard operating procedures into effective work practices at Intermountain Health COEs. Assist, support, and mentor Intermountain Health COE staff in all aspects of U.S. Ski & Snowboard's COE operations.
