General Manager Qualifications: 1-2+ years of experience in a general manager role. Must have PRIOR Burger King Expereince Minimum age of twenty-one (21) years. ServSafe qualification or certification upon employment. Must have a valid driver s license in good standing. High School Diploma or GED; college education preferred. Strong understanding of P&L management. Exceptional leadership and communication skills. Availability for flexible hours, weekends, and holidays. Ability to lift 35 lbs safely.
