Arranges parking, permits, entertainment, decorations, auto/visual, weekly floral, and any other requirements integral to events being planned. Maintains banquet billing and is able to efficiently prompt the necessary payments for all current and upcoming events. Responsible for club calendar of events, ensuring a variety of events, so that all events are conducted accordingly throughout the year.
