Verify accuracy of all checks before presenting to guests and present in a timely manner. Accurately operate the point of sale (POS) and process payments. Maintain full knowledge of all food & beverage items, garnishes, allergens, contents and preparation methods. Remove soiled dishes and maintain cleanliness. Maintain full knowledge of and comply with food safety and sanitation policies at all times. Adhere to proper alcohol handling procedures.
