Prepare garnishes for drinks Mix ingredients, such as liquor, soda, water, and any other mixers to prepare the perfect cocktail for our guests. Monitor guests to fulfill any additional requests and determine when their food & beverage experience is at an end and the guests are ready for their bill. Compute bill, collect payment, and make change for guests as needed. Responds to all guest requests and informs guests of hotel services, features, room amenities, shopping, dining, entertainment, and travel directions. Ask for and confirm any future dining reservations. Respond to and resolve all guest requests, complaints, or questions in a courteous and timely manner.
