Position Summary Dishwasher - performs several kitchen duties, including pot washing, dishwashing, general cleaning, and storing food and non-food supplies. Operates dishwashing equipment, distributes and stores clean pots, dishes, and utensils, clean and sanitize production equipment, work surfaces, and kitchen according to cleaning schedules and procedures. Empty trash containers as required and maintain the assigned workstation in a safe and sanitary condition. Safety - Utilize protective gear in all appropriate functions.
