Knowledge of Occupational Safety and Health Agency and other regulatory agency requirements, laws and standards for housing. 5 years experience in property management required ideally multiple sites. Bachelor's Degree in Hospitality or Business Administration required. PHYSICAL REQUIREMENTS Must be able to lift up to 50 pounds and stand and be on feet for long periods and work split shifts at times. Travel by small plane and ferry is required to and from a remote setting. The position lives and works at the job site in a rural village setting and must be willing and able to walk and drive on gravel roads in inclement weather.
