Performs functions of other nutritional services positions, as needed within site and at satellite sites for the purpose of ensuring adequate staff coverage within site operations. Prepares a variety of documentation (e.g. sales transactions, inventories, production records, power point presentations, etc) for the purpose of providing written support, compliance, and/or conveying information. Process free/reduced applications for the purpose of complying with federal guidelines for the National School Lunch and Breakfast programs. Work Environment The usual and customary methods of performing the job's functions require the following physical demands: significant lifting, carrying, pushing, and/or pulling, some climbing and balancing, frequent stooping, kneeling, crouching, and/or crawling and significant fine finger dexterity.
