Job description Responsible for overseeing and managing all aspects of custodial operations. Your primary goal is to ensure a clean, safe, and well-maintained environment for employees, visitors, and clients. This role requires strong leadership, organizational skills, and a keen attention to detail. And to drive the growth of the custodial services division within the company. Key Responsibility Foster a positive and inclusive work environment, promoting teamwork and professional development among staff. Schedule and coordinate work assignments to ensure adequate coverage and efficient use of resources.
