We are offering $ 28.50/hr for 40 hrs/wk. The Restaurant Manager will perform the following duties: Plans, organizes, and coordinates the restaurants daily operations with the shift supervisors and food counter attendants. Control food waste and ensure that food is handled according to our standards Anticipate future needs for supplies and equipment. Ensure that all equipment is working properly and is in good repair. Coordinate equipment repairs/purchases. Organize and supervise shifts and approve weekly schedules. Identify recruitment needs, hire, and oversee training of new staff Prepare supply orders and ensure that supplies are delivered on time. Deliver superior service and maximize customer satisfaction Identify the need for additional staff and coordinate with management promotion of current staff, advertise, screen, interview, and hire. Respond efficiently to customer complaints Performs other related duties as required These are the job requirements: Completion of Secondary School education is required Minimum 1 year of experience in the food sector including supervisory experience is required The right candidate will possess a high level of professionalism, strong leadership, organizational and interpersonal skills Ability to multitask and attention to detail A high level of professionalism, strong leadership, organizational and interpersonal skills May require working late evenings, weekends and holidays Ability to communicate well with customers and co-workers.
