What we expect: Job duties include but are not limited to: The Pool Busser is an essential member of the Food & Beverage team dedicated to providing exceptional quality and service to our guests Assists the Food Server in providing an enjoyable expertly served dining experience Conforming to Four Seasons standards of excellence for quality Maintain Professionalism and friendliness Bussers/Runners clear tables and reset them neatly, rapidly and completely according to specification. Bussers/Runners ensure all outgoing dishes are correctly prepared according to guest's specific requests including dietary restrictions Present the food to the guest and are knowledgeable about all current menu options, beverage lists and daily specials. Set-up, decorate, clean, breakdown tables and food stations. Assist the needs of all guests in the function room providing them with reliable, punctual, and enthusiastic service. Maintain the cleanliness in the pool area. Respond properly and quickly in any hotel emergency or safety situation. Perform other tasks or projects as assigned by hotel management and staff. Work harmoniously and professionally with co-workers and supervisors. Ideal candidate will have: Minimum two years' food service experience; Server experience preferred. Work authorization in the United States Ability to carry and balance a tray. This position REQUIRES an applicant with a flexible schedule and the ability to work all shifts, weekends and holidays.
