About The Role Serve as a member of OMB s Culinary Team, frequently interacting with both the Culinary Team and Service Team. Prepare meals to order during service hours Ensure that each OMB food item is prepared with the highest quality care, and craftsmanship Ensure that all stations remain stocked before and during the meal period Follow all recipes and guidelines set forth by culinary management Ensure proper cooking techniques and knife skills Ensure all food items are properly stored and easily accessible Follow food service guidelines set forth by the health department Perform additional duties, although not detailed, as requested by the Executive Chef What s In It For You? $17-20 an hour base pay dependent on qualifications Tips that average around $2-$5 an hour in addition to your base pay Medical, Dental, and Vision insurance coverage (for full-time employees) Free beer stipend 401k with match Employee discount (food, merchandise, and beer!)
