Oversee or complete assigned nightly reports, including rate variance and gratuity charges. Understand and implement group and package billing requirements. Comply with all Pebble Beach Company safety and health policies and procedures. Knows, models and integrates Pebble Beach Company culture (mission, values and standards). Required Skills: Excellent customer service and communication skills. Basic math and accounting skills. Proficient in Microsoft Office. Previous experience with property management system. California drivers license with less than 2 points. Food safety and RBS certifications. Minimum 21 years of age. Desired Skills: Some customer service and/or hotel experience preferred.
