Job Summary: The Food Server Assistant must be energetic, possess excellent foot speed and exhibit a friendly demeanor. This role works closely with servers to ensure guest needs are met in a timely manner. The successful candidate is also responsible for ensuring impeccable cleanliness of the restaurant, executing food and beverage service according to The Breakers standards, and adhering to food safety standards.
