Must be able to speak, read, write and understand the primary language(s) used in the workplace. Must be able to read and write to facilitate the communication process. Must have at least 1 year experience in food and beverage operations - luxury hotel or fine dining experience a plus Requires good communication skills, both verbal and written. Knowledge of appropriate table settings and service ware. Must be able to exert well-paced ability in limited space Must be able to must be able to exert well-paced ability to maneuver between functions occurring simultaneously Flexible schedule, able to work evenings, weekends, and holidays This position necessitates participation in a pooled tip system, where you contribute to tipping out the support staff and other essential team members. What you can expect from us: The hourly pay rate for this role is $16.00 to $17.00, plus tips. This rate is only applicable for jobs to be performed at Regent Santa Monica Beach. This is the lowest to highest pay scale we in good faith believe we would pay for this role at the time of this posting. We may ultimately pay more or less than the posted range, and the range may be modified in the future.
