Job Description - About the Job: Reporting to the Restaurant General Manager, the Assistant General Manager partners in the management of a Taco Bell restaurant within the policies and guidelines of the company to ensure customer satisfaction and profit maximization. A strong understanding of P&L statements and the ability to react with impactful strategies Closely monitor the hotels business reports on a daily basis and take decisions accordingly.
