JOB DUTIES: Supervise Daily Operations: Oversee the day-to-day operations of assigned Food & Beverage locations within the park, including but not limited to food stands, concession stands, wait service, bar service, and dining areas. Team Management: Supervise, lead, and motivate a Team of Seasonal Food & Beverage Team Members ensuring they are properly trained, scheduled, and equipped to provide exceptional service to our valued Guests. Exceptional Guest Satisfaction: Ensure Guests receive prompt, friendly, and efficient service while maintaining high standards of quality, cleanliness, and safety. Inventory Management: Monitor inventory levels, place nightly orders for replenishment, and ensure accurate tracking of Food & Beverage products to minimize waste and maximize profitability.
