Position Summary Dishwasher - performs several kitchen duties, including pot washing, dishwashing, general cleaning, and storing food and non-food supplies. Operates dishwashing equipment, distributes and stores clean pots, dishes, and utensils, clean and sanitize production equipment, work surfaces, and kitchen according to cleaning schedules and procedures.
