- Providing efficient training on Food and Beverage Service to students who come from rural areas.
- Maintaining Standard Forms as per NIRDPR SOP.
- Regulating and monitoring student employment.
- Conducting staff meetings to mobilize candidates from rural areas.
- Undergoing mobilization to rural areas to make students understand the importance of scheme, employment.
- Submitting day, weekly, monthly reports to DRDA Velugu office and Collector office.
- Undergoing training at SEEDAP, Vijayawada.
- Responsible to provide external training, and giving guaranteed placements to students with minimum wages of Rs. 6000 per month to maximum of Rs. 12000 per month as soon as they complete 3 months training.
